Amy is a client-facing, results-driven engagement manager, primary analyst, project manager, and lead adviser with a focus on provider compensation and physician alignment. Her expertise in compensation is motivated by a passion for uniting market trends with clients’ mission, vision, and values through the foundation and lens of provider compensation. Amy believes that compensation can drive organizational change and promote alignment. Her clients have included a broad mix of health systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, and single and multispecialty practices of all sizes.
Prior to joining ECG, Amy worked in Navigant Consulting’s physician enterprise solutions practice, with a focus on physician compensation, fair market value, and physician integration and alignment. She developed compensation programs, built productivity models, and led planning sessions, acting as the lead analyst and project manager, for more than 40 projects. Before that, Amy was at Surgical Care Affiliates (since acquired by Optum) for two years as a strategy analyst. There, she created implementation plans to prioritize, recruit, and retain surgical specialties and service lines compatible with each of the 150-plus surgery centers and surgical hospitals within the Surgical Care Affiliates network.
